Add Health is a long-term research study that has been collecting information from a group of 20,000 adolescents nationwide since the mid-1990s. For our sixth wave of data collection (Wave VI), we are following up with participants to learn about how their health and well-being has changed during adulthood.

All participants who have completed the Wave VI survey are eligible for a Wave VI home exam. We have partnered with ExamOne, a professional data collection company, to conduct all home exams during this wave. Schedulers from ExamOne are available to make appointments at the location of your choice and whenever is most convenient for you.
